# Bokeping > Bokeping is an online bookkeeping and accounting software brand operated by UTAXES, LLC, serving small businesses and their accountants. The Bokeping brand, dedicated website, and online software platform began operating in 2025. This is a brand/platform milestone, not the legal company's formation date. The product covers invoicing, expenses and bills, bank activity and reconciliation, inventory, and financial reports. Features and limits depend on the plan. Use the pricing page for current terms; this file does not duplicate prices or promotional offers. Each company includes access for two external accountants outside its regular user allowance, including on the Free plan. These logins let a business work with its own accountant or bookkeeper; professional accounting services are not included. Bookkeeping articles are educational. Their accounting assumptions, jurisdiction, publication dates, and update dates should be considered when using them. Tax guidance is not personalized advice.
