How your Pro trial works
When your trial starts, when it ends, and what happens to each company afterward.

When your trial starts
Section titled “When your trial starts”Each account gets one Pro trial, starting when you create your first company.
Registering an account or accepting an invitation does not start a trial. Creating or deleting companies does not restart it.
When your trial ends
Section titled “When your trial ends”Your Pro trial runs through December 31, 2026 or 30 days from creating your first company, whichever is later.
Other companies you create during that trial share the same end date.
For example, a first company created on October 1, 2026 has a trial through December 31, 2026. If your first company is created on December 20, 2026, the 30-day period ends later, so that longer period applies.
What happens afterward
Section titled “What happens afterward”When the trial ends, each company moves to Free unless you choose a paid plan for it. Companies created after your trial ends start on Free.
You are not automatically charged just because the trial ends. Choose a paid plan for a company when you want to continue using its paid features. Review the Free plan’s limits before the end date so you know what will change.
Each company has its own plan
Section titled “Each company has its own plan”Each company has its own subscription and is billed separately. A Pro subscription covers one company, including its stores and warehouses.
Select the relevant company, then open the account menu at the top right and choose Subscription to review its plan and billing details. See current plans and limits before upgrading.
Separate charges
Section titled “Separate charges”Payment processing through Stripe or Forte is charged separately under your provider agreement, including during the trial. Check any applicable bank-connection charges before connecting an account.
Related: Accept online payments and create your first company.
If the Subscription page does not load
Section titled “If the Subscription page does not load”Check that you selected the intended company and are signed in with the right access. If the page shows an error, contact support with the page name and error text. Do not create another company to restart a trial or assume an unsuccessful plan change took effect.
Before confirming any paid-plan change, review the displayed price, billing interval, effective date, and what happens to company limits. If these details are unavailable, ask support to clarify them before proceeding.
